After going bankrupt in Izmir, Eyüp returns to the southeastern district of Siverek and starts a tomato-drying business with the villagers. When he doesn't get paid, he argues with the foreman Hemme and this spills over into a fight. Out of anger and desperation, Eyüp leaves the field on his motorcycle and decides to seek revenge. However, the setbacks he encounters on the way and the time he spends in the town pacify his anger. By the evening, the desire for revenge is replaced by serenity. This sincere and original film--in which director Fıratoğlu also plays Eyüp--brought a breath of fresh air to Turkish cinema with its depth of character and use of space and time. It won the “Best Film” award at the Adana Film Festival.
