Regarding requests for photo and/or film shootings:
Editorial shoots focusing on the promotion of the museum's collection, exhibitions and/or programs are given priority. All filming equipment is subject to the approval of the relevant department and is not allowed in the museum without written approval. Requests are permitted depending on the nature, scale and purpose of the shoot.
As a general rule, Istanbul Modern's spaces cannot be used as a backdrop for photo shoots or interviews with representatives of individuals or organizations not affiliated with the museum. Advertising, fashion and commercial shoots are not permitted at Istanbul Modern.
