Nihat, a man with a routine life working as a cleaner in a hospital cafeteria, finds himself in an extraordinary situation when Ayşe, a new co-worker, enters his life. When he accepts a dinner invitation from Ayşe, who takes an interest in him, the photograph he sees in her home will change Nihat's life. Because the person she introduces as her husband in prison resembles him like a twin.
