In his second feature film, Mahur Özmen tells the story of a family left homeless during the coup of 1980. At the center of the story is Bahar. When a search warrant is issued for her father Neşet, the young girl and her family secretly sneak into a villa where their neighbor from Istanbul had done a painting job. Bahar’s dream is to take the fine arts entrance examination and become an art teacher. To top it all off, as she is trying to get used to this new environment where she does not feel she belongs, she falls in love with Ekin who lives in the villa across from them. Meanwhile, the next-door neighbor realizes that they are secretly staying in the house and begins to help them as best she can. After this point, things get more and more complicated.
