The Invisible Cell is a story about a group of young Danes. These youngsters who were educated by the Palestinian People’s Liberation Organization first show themselves only as political activists but turn out to be an organization that will carry out illegal activities in the ‘80s. In time two facts begin to clash -sacrifice in risking their own lives and the lives of others for a Palestine which is a greater purpose and the need to protect their values. The group appears out in the open at the height of this clash with the death of a 22-year-old policeman during the big robberies in 1989. This documentary, based on Peter Ovig Knudsen’s novel but exceeding it, includes the inner expositions of all sides and promises that these young people are understood.
