Barış is a marine biologist in his late thirties whose left hand looks like a fin due to the medication his mother took during pregnancy. Barış also has certain psychological problems; he is manic in the summer and depressive in the winter. The young man tries to alleviate his problems through science. While on a long journey on the Aegean, he runs into Deniz, a skin-diving activist he had not seen in years. The feelings that begin to burgeon between them will lead to important turning points in Barış’s life.
