Mahir Bey, a musician leading a simple life, starts a secret affair with his daughter’s friend Duru. The latter’s father, Ali Bey, is a family man with two daughters who holds to his traditions. While it is only a matter of time before Ali Bey learns about this secret relationship, Mahir Bey and Duru are about to drift apart because of their fears. Secret, Selim Evci’s third feature film, had its world premiere at the 39^th Montreal Film Festival.
