Known as a sniper, police officer Max loses his self-confidence when he accidentally hits a woman he is trying to protect. In order to help Max overcome this loss of confidence, his colleague Kaspar gives him seven magic bullets that have the power to hit every target he wants. There is one more thing that Max is unaware as he accepts these bullets: the seventh bullet is under the control of the devil. Max's new mission is to protect the Russian chess champion who came to the city for a tournament. He has been asked to watch the champion from a distance. However, when Max discovers the undeniable attraction between his beautiful wife and the chess master who meet by chance, Max begins to fear for the happiness of his family. Only a miracle can prevent this tragedy waiting to happen.
