Liebeslieder, which was shot at a time when the German music legend Einstürzende Neubauten was at the apex of their career, tells how the group was formed and how they changed the musical scene, in accompaniment to striking images. The story which starts N.U. Unruh who couldn’t get a drum as he had no money meeting Blixa Bargeld who sang shouting with pain, contains some rare interviews and images of the group. Liebeslieder is a feast that shouldn’t be missed not just by fans of the group but by all music lovers who are curious to see how music changes form in the right hands.
