Mo and Pa are two brothers in their 70s leading a quiet, monotonous life. Their quiet life changes with the arrival of Pa’s disabled grown-up son Konrad. Pa, who had lived all these years unaware that he had a son, does not know how to interact with Konrad who has recently entered his life. Konrad constantly carries a box full of eggs. His jealous and strange nature leads to change in both brothers’ lives. With this first feature, Hamer presents an ironic and detailed essay on human nature.
