The documentary tells the history of the Turkish Cinematheque, which pioneered the rise of art cinema and the flourishing of film culture in Türkiye, focusing on Onat Kutlar, one of its founders. From Kutlar's ‘a magazine’ published between 1956 and 1960, to his role as the director of the Cinematheque Association and Yeni Sinema Magazine, to his stories and his key role in the Istanbul Film Festival, the documentary takes viewers on a journey through the days when politics and cinema were intertwined, with comments by Cevat Çapan, Atilla Dorsay, Filiz Kutlar, Ali Özgentürk and Vecdi Sayar, among others.
