"Şakir Eczacıbaşı: Selected Moments" Virtual Tour

Take a virtual tour of our exhibition, “Şakir Eczacıbaşı: Selected Moments,” sponsored by the Eczacıbaşı Group and showcased at our temporary space in Beyoğlu.

In this virtual tour, you will discover the works by the photographer Şakir Eczacıbaşı (1929-2010). Curated by Bülent Erkmen, the exhibition contains more than 300 photographs by the artist, several of which are from the Istanbul Modern Photography Collection. In his photographs, Şakir Eczacıbaşı tried to convey “the relationship of his subjects with their surroundings, other people, vehicles and paths”.
