As part of Istanbul Modern’s “Long Friday” program on Friday, August 16, Hotshots Jazz Band will take the audience on a delightful journey through the past, performing memorable jazz pieces from the 1920s to the 1950s in rockabilly, swing, and blues styles.

Before the concert, the Hepcats Istanbul team will deliver a partnered Boogie Woogie dance workshop at the museum. Participants will learn the basic steps of this energizing dance, accompanied by jazz and blues music.

Visitors with a museum ticket can attend the workshop by making a reservation. 
It is not necessary to bring a partner to the workshop; you can join by yourself. 
Photography and video shooting permissions will be requested from the workshop participants.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
A reservation is not required for the concert; having a museum ticket is sufficient. 
The concert is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
Seating at the concert venue is limited.
