Art School

Organized for 7-10 year-olds

Istanbul Museum of Modern Art offers children art-filled programs during school vacations. Children attend art workshops in which museum educators help them interpret art and create artistic works. Through the program, children gain knowledge and experience in the field of modern and contemporary art.

Art School’s content focuses on approaches such as cubism, modern figurative and abstract art, ready-made objects, and technology and art. In the program, children explore examples from art history, art movements, forms of productions, and contemporary artworks.

Children can attend each individual workshop in the program or all of them at once. Those who attend all workshops in the program receive a special discount and a Certificate of Participation!

The workshops are limited to 15 children and lasts 120 minutes.
